– Tuition fees are payable in advance, and no services will be provided until payment is received.
– Payment must be made by the due date specified by the Academy.
– Cancellations made by students must be notified to the Academy at least 24 hours before the scheduled class.
– Refunds will be provided for cancellations made within the stipulated time frame.
– Students are expected to behave respectfully towards teachers and fellow students.
– Any disruptive behavior may result in the student being asked to leave the class, with no refund provided.
– All materials provided by the Academy are the intellectual property of Target Grade Academy and may not be reproduced or distributed without prior written consent.
– The Academy will not be liable for any loss, injury, or damage arising from the use of its services.
– The Academy reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
